Halsa offers a vegetable-forward menu - perfect for vegetarians or vegans - with fresh and organic ingredients from local farms.

Halsa is a polished casual restaurant featuring a vegetable-forward menu by chef Nicolas Bour with fresh, local ingredients serving healthy, sophisticated options. The menu offers build your own bowls, “BYOB”, freshly squeezed, seasonal juices and house-made baked breads daily.  There are also artisanal sandwiches, soups and Swedish-inspired specials such as Shrimp “Skagen”, with butter lettuce, organic sour cream, pickled red onions, potato cake & smoked trout roe. Halsa is located in the One Mado building and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full bar.
